FAQ

Find answers to frequently asked questions about our legal services and discover how our Miami law firm can support you with your case.

How much does it costs to hire Mulet Law?

Nothing. At Mulet Law we get paid only if you get paid. We forward all costs associated with every case whether it settles with or without the need of a lawsuit.

Will my case go to trial?

Here at Mulet Law we will file a lawsuit and have a jury trial on any case we believe it is necessary. As an injured victim it is important to understand not all law firms are equal. Many attorneys only dapple around with cases that involve an injury, yet they call themselves personal injury attorneys. Most of those firms end up settling a case for pennies on the dollar. We at Mulet Law do not do that. We will go as far as allowed under the law to fight the insurance companies and big corporations on your behalf.

What is the Mulet Law guarantee?

We are in this for the right reasons. In our contract we state if there is a recovery either through a settlement or verdict, we guarantee we will reduce our fee to make sure you the client receive more than us. We realize we are guiding individuals through some of their most troubled times and it is not right for us to put profits over people.
